Invitation to Sponsor the Event

Dear Exhibitors, Artisans, Project Leaders, Representatives of Wilaya Authorities, Companies, and Sponsors.
We are pleased to invite you to participate in the first day of the Mentoreo Competition, a prestigious event gathering 40 projects from 10 wilayas across the country. This four-day competition will take place in Bouira, with the Exhibition Day scheduled for February 11, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at University of Bouira.

Location: University of Bouira

Audience: Entrepreneurs, students, public administration representatives, and potential clients

Special Visit: The Wali of Bouira and the Directors of all Wilaya Authorities will honor us with their presence.

  • Present your businesses and projects to students, entrepreneurs, and stakeholders.
  • Distribute business cards and promotional materials.
  • Establish valuable connections and network with other businesses and potential clients.
  • Engage in discussions and collaborations with various public administrations and sector representatives.
  • Arrival Time: All exhibitors must arrive no later than 10:30 AM.
  • Booth Assignment: Exhibitors must remain at their assigned booths as indicated in the confirmation email.
  • Number of Representatives: Maximum of 4 representatives per exhibitor.
  • Provided Equipment: A small table will be provided to display your products. Additional equipment may be brought if needed.
  • Tents for Sponsors: Only sponsors will receive tents.
  • Catering: Not included; each exhibitor must make their own arrangements.
  • Security: The organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
  • Movement Restrictions: Exhibitors must remain in the exhibition area and not move around the university.
  • Minors: Children and minors are not allowed to attend the event.
  • Health Issues: Any exhibitor with specific medical conditions must indicate them on this form for better care.
  • Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations must be reported to the organizers no later than February 9th.
  • Required Communication Material: Each exhibitor must bring at least one (1) communication material (e.g., banners, posters, etc.) for proper visibility.
  • Consent for Photos and Social Media: All exhibitors must consent to being photographed and having their images published on the event's and its partners' social media.
